Suggested routes to HEARTLAND RENTALS
The alternate routes may be a little longer, but they are scenic, and do avoid some of the traffic jam problems we have. Take the scenic routes and preserve your sanity!!!!!

MOST DIRECT AND HIGHLY TRAVELED
From I-40, Exit #407, drive South on Route 66 for 10 miles through Sevierville, Route 66 will then turn into US 441. Stay on US 441 through Pigeon Forge and into Gatlinburg. After you get into Gatlinburg turn left at Traffic Light #3 in Gatlinburg onto US 321 North (East Parkway). Go 2.6 miles and turn left at Glades Road (Traffic Light #3A) and go 1.5 miles to Powdermill Road (Caution Light). Turn left at the caution light and you will see our office on the left hand side of the road (log building).

ALTERNATE ROUTES

Northern Areas: Take I-40 East to Exit 407, turn right onto State Route 66, continue until the first major intersection in Sevierville (across from the jail). Turn left onto Highway 411 and follow Route 411 until you come to State Route 416 (Pittman Center Road), turn right onto Route 416. Follow 416 straight for 5.3 miles. Highway 416 will turn off to the left, DO NOT FOLLOW HIGHWAY 416. Continue straight and to the right on Highway 454 for 4.5 miles until you reach the intersection of Glades Road and Buckhorn Road. Turn right onto Glades Road and follow for 1.5 miles until you reach Powdermill Road (Caution Light) and turn right onto Powdermill Road. Our office will be on the left hand side of the road (log building).

Southeast Areas: Take 1-26 to I-40 West to Foothills Parkway Exit 443, turn left onto Highway 321/73. Turn right onto Highway 321 at the Cosby Post Office. Continue 15 miles until you reach Glades Road (Traffic Light #3A) and turn right. Continue down Glades Road for 1.5 miles until you reach Powdermill Road (Caution Light). Turn left at the caution light and you will see our office on the left hand side of the road (log building).

Eastern Areas: Take I-40 West to Foothills Parkway Exit 443, turn left onto Highway 321/73. Turn right onto Highway 321 at the Cosby Post Office. Continue 15 miles until you reach Glades Road (Traffic Light #3A) and turn right. Continue down Glades Road for 1.5 miles until you reach Powdermill Road (Caution Light). Turn left at the caution light and you will see our office on the left hand side of the road (log building).

Smoky Mtn. National Park Route through Cherokee, NC: Come through the Park into downtown Gatlinburg. Continue to Traffic Light #3 and turn right at Traffic Light #3 in Gatlinburg onto US 321 North (East Parkway). Go 2.6 miles and turn left at Glades Road (Traffic Light #3A) and go 1.5 miles to Powdermill Road (Caution Light). Turn left at the caution light and you will see our office on the left hand side of the road (log building).

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Sunday we are Closed. Regular Check In begins at 4:00 each day and continues until our office closes. If you are arriving after hours or if you are arriving on Sunday please call the office for instructions on where your package will be located. The package will include directions to your rental and keys to your rental. Your package will not be left out if you do not have all your paperwork in or if the reservation is not paid in full, if there is any concern with whether or not we have received your paperwork you need to call before your arrival date at (800) 836-9541. We apologize, but we do not allow early check-ins.
