The location of the cabin is perfect, it is private, while not isolated and close to the main road, it was also very quiet. You need a 4x4 in general to be around the mountains. The cabin is spacious. The second bedroom does not have a closet but the master has a big closet so it was not a problem for our family, but for two couples renting the house would not work. My family had a great time, I would rent this cabin again. Customer service was always readily available if we needed anything. This was our first time in Pigeon Forge, but it won't be our last.

This cabin was super clean. Everything was all on one floor. The bedrooms were very spacious and oh my gosh the closet is bigger than in my own house. The driveway until you are used to it is kinda scary. It was nice to have the car port. The porches were nice just too cold to use them.

This cabin was perfect for me and my husband. Comfortable bed and furniture. If we were traveling with another couple the second bedroom is identical. Heartland is prompt with responding to emails and helping out as needed. There is no view for sunrise or sunset, but the location gives you easy access to all areas you want to visit. While the cabin was lovely, well appointed, clean and roomy, it was very close to neighbors on both sides. I beg to differ this cabin was "biker friendly", and suggest clarity, it was only such if you were riding your bike/trike. We towed a trike on trailer, with a full-sized pick up, and the very steep drive and radius atop the drive, left very little room to maneuver, load/unload, connect/disconnect. Good thing the other couple was unable attend since, with their same set up, not sure how everything could've fit. That said, I would consider revisiting during warmer weather, with only one means of transportation (trike or small SUV).

Great time

It was a great place to stay. Close enough to the restaurants yet secluded. It had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was wonderful. We stayed in mostly playing games and watching movies. During this pandemic it was just what we needed. We very much enjoyed it. The only thing I would add, which for most wouldn't be a problem, is that the beds were extremely high. I was able to find a step stool and that was a life saver, but if someone were elderly and more feeble, they would not have been able to climb up.

This was our first time visiting Pigeon Forge. The cabin was so close to everything and not far from Gatlinburg either. The beds were so comfy. We have twin 4 year olds and they LOVED the hot tub. We did too! The cabin had everything you’d need. The fire place was great. We enjoyed our stay.

I do have to say the couch and love seat was not very comfortable but it served it purpose.

Enjoyable stay in the TN mountains

"Close Enough to Perfect" was a great 2/2 cabin about 5 miles outside of town. It worked out perfectly for our family of 4 for the week, but was certainly spacious for 2 couples as well. The two minor issues discovered a few days into our stay were resolved the same day as reported. I only share to demonstrate the attentiveness even during a holiday week (July 4). With the CV-19, check in process was a bit different so we didn't receive actual address until day of check in. As a planner, this caused some heart ache as we plan travel time to/from all of our booked activities. Would have been better to provide address when inquired and just held off on sharing key code until check in day. We would certainly stay here again and would book through Heartland Rental again.

The cabin was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and made you feel right at home in the mountains. The kitchen and bathrooms had almost everything you needed. They provided everything for you... except only one trash bag for a four night stay wasn't enough for us. Everything else was perfect!!

Cabin is terrific with the two bathrooms coming in handy and back balcony overlooking the woods. We had everything we needed and wish it was warmer to use the hot tub! (Note - there is only 1 can/not 2 outside so taking trash to dumpster would not be convenient - that is the only thing we would change!

Absolutely Beautiful

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Tons of space, decorated nicely, with a nice and very large front and back covered porch. It’s basically a home away from home. The best part about this cabin is we could reach any destination with about 10 minutes or less. We were only 5 miles from the shopping outlets. It was amazing!!

A nice place to stay

The cabin is very nice - comfortable, spacious, well-equipped. Propane grill, recliner sofas, plenty of towels, coffee maker, good space in the fridge, cable TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. Very comfortable beds, tons of closet space. AC/heat works perfectly. It isn't missing anything. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch, and the chairs on the back porch. We used the gas grill two to three times with no problem; we did have to ask for propane to be brought up.

This cabin isn't very far out of Pigeon Forge. A 5-10 minute drive from the main Parkway. It's close enough that from the back porch you hear the constant rumble of traffic in the distance. It isn't loud or at all disturbing; but it's there.

The water pressure is very erratic. Turn on the water in the kitchen or the bathrooms and you may experience a dribble - not enough to do more than lightly wash our hands. Wait five minutes, and it's at a normal usable pressure for anything you need.

The left-most position on one of the reclining sofas doesn't recline.

We stayed five nights and would definitely stay here again.

Relatively cheap considering the location and quality. TV in every room (2 bedroom TV's are smart, wish the living room TV was but that's being picky). The TV network was on and off. And main bedroom fan was really loud. Those are all picky "if I had to complain" situations. This was our second year in the cabin and it really is close to perfect. Everything you need and most everything you want.
