Country Hideaway is a 2 bedroom Pigeon Forge log cabin rental near Dollywood. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with full bath, TV and French doors open to deck where Hot Tub awaits you for soaking and relaxing is located on the main floor. Living room has TV, Gas Fireplace and full kitchen with washer and dryer also located on main floor. The loft area has a pool table, jacuzzi tub, full bath and a Queen size bed. Full access to wrap around porch from front door and from kitchen. Country Hideaway is less than 2 miles from the entrance Dollywood, Dolly Splash County and Pigeon Forge. Country Hideaway is the perfect getaway for a couple on a romantic weekend or a small family on their dream vacation. CABIN SLEEPS 4 ONLY! PLEASE NOTE: there are several steps from the parking area to the front door.

Heartland staff was excellent Casey and Jordan offered outstanding service. The electronic check in was great and helpful. The cabin was nice and we had no issues or complaints. We have stayed with Heartland numerous times and have had good experiences. The only thing I would say about the cabin is the steps going down and up to and from the cabin might be difficult for some people.

The cabin is in a great location. It’s far enough away from the highway; yet, close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions. The cabin was very clean and exactly as promised. I did have a maintenance issue with the shower at night. I called and left a message. The next morning someone called me back and said the owner would be there to take care of it. A couple hours later he showed up and fixed it. I was very happy with everything and I would stay there again.

We all enjoyed our stay! Nice cabin and in a perfect location which is just minutes away from both Sevierville and pigeon forge. Beds were also very comfortable! The only inconvenience was the drive-way. Where the neighbors drive meets the country hideaway stone drive there is rebar sticking out that we had to really try to avoid it getting in my tire every time we came and went. But thank you for our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay with Heartland Rentals.The staff was very friendly and even though I drove to wrong office due to my own fault *opps*.He was still so polite and very professional which helped me to remain calm during my mess up.The cabin was just as pictured online. It was clean and nice.Kids really enjoyed the hot tub that was on the back balcony as Us adults did also.It was sooo relaxing after a ling day and secluded .Our little family really enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.would recommended this company to anyone

This place was awesome and just as described and the whole process was easy and really convenient. I especially like being notified when the place is ready and getting to go directly to the cabin. It was nice having a key code and not having to keep up with a physical key. The rates are unbeatable especially with the free passes and discounts that come with the rental. I would definitely recommend this place/rental company to anyone and plan in going back myself !! ** it's not for someone that would have issues going up and down stairs because it is a climb going back and forth to the car (like 21 steps) but that's what gives it the extra privacy and is worth it!

As it has been every time we have used Heartland rentals there were no issues with our stay. Everything was just like it said it would be. I think it said this cabin was a private owned, could use some updating but everything worked great and our family had a wonderful time.

Cabin was very nice and extremely clean.The view was a little disappointing. Also, I feel that the description of the cabin needs to mention the long steep steps you have to go up and down to get in and out of the cabin and show them in a picture. Also, description needs to state no WiFi. Heartland Rentals was great to work with.

Amazing
We stayed in this cabin for five days and had an absolutely amazing time. The cabin was super clean. The beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful watching the sunrise over the mountain was breath taking. We will definitely be back again.

My husband, brother and sister came here for a one night stay. Unfortunately because of my work we couldn’t stay longer. We enjoyed every minute of it. My husband and brother loved the pool table. The hot tub was awesome and it has a great back porch view. We went to shops and restaurants, but mostly stayed at the cabin. Will be returning!

The staff at Heartland Rentals were very nice and made sure everything at the cabin met our expectations. We stayed in Country Hideaway. We found it without a problem in the daytime but it could be challenging at night. I wouldn’t change a thing, though, because I really liked the location. It was very convenient to everything, and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Peaceful Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin! This cabin is close to all the attractions and is very clean. We enjoyed using the grill to enjoy the surroundings. While this is an amazing cabin, there are neighbors. It does, however, still feel secluded. Great cabin and a great price. The Heartland Staff is very courteous and helpful from booking to checkout.

Perfect getaway
Everything was great! The only thing would be the large amount of steps down to the cabin. It was raining and the steps were fairly slippery. Weather stripping would be helpful. This cabin is not suitable for elderly folks or anyone handicapped.

Nice Family Getaway

WONDERFUL CABIN
We loved our stay at Country Hideaway. The cabin was clean, cozy and convenient to town. wonderful staff at Heartland Rentals. only problem we had was finding the place. It is tucked down a hill, behind another cabin. I would suggest putting 1 or 2 more signs directing guests.

Easy to arrange a stay and a welcoming cabin.

If having a view of the mountains is what you are after, this is not the cabin for you. However, the convenient access to everything does make up for the lack of a view. This cabin does feel very secluded even though there is another cabin right beside you. The cabin is spacious and beautiful. The wrap around porch is wonderful. The upstairs bedroom has its own bath and that was nice. We enjoyed the pool table. The beds are super comfortable! Overall, we were definitely happy with our accommodations!

We spent our 10 Year Anniversary in the Country Hideaway cabin. The cabin was nice and relaxing. There are a few things that could of made the stay better.
1. The directions to the cabin could be improved. It's actually very easy to get to; but we struggled with some of the instructions.
Things that we loved..
1. The access to the cabin with a keycode is fantastic. It's a great feeling not having to carry keys around.
2. The cabin was in pretty good shape upon arrival and was stocked with the necessities.
3. The price was very reasonable.

Check in was fast and easy. Cabin was just like the pictures we saw on the website. Was quiet and away from town but was only a short ride to anything we wanted. Check out was smooth. Customer service was a 5 star along with the cabin. We had somebody checking on us before we arrived, after we got to the cabin and after check out. Made us feel like they really cared. Great place to rent from.

The cabin was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and beautiful. We loved it! The hot tub was clean and hot. Everything worked and was comfortable. Heartland Rentals people were very nice especially when we got lost finding the cabin. That would be my only suggestion to have a sign on the edge of the road to tell the cabin is ahead. The cabin is truly a hideaway cabin and was in a nice location. We would definitely come back and use heartland rentals again.

Convenient and Relaxing
We loved the convenience of our cabin for Dollywood as well as all of the local attractions we visited. If we had not stayed at Heartland's Country Hideaway, we perhaps might not have seen or visited Parrot Mountain just one block away, which in reflection was one of our most treasured destinations during our vacation. Our cabin suited our family very well - accommodated our sleeping, meal prep, bathing and relaxing needs. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the pool table in the loft area as great ways to wind down in the evenings, too.
