Pictures are accurate of condo. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Check-in via text was quick and convenient.

Very close to downtown. Clean and nice view of the mountains. Bears were a regular at the condo including cubs which my daughter loved. Nice pool, easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.

Great condo at a great price. Perfect for our family of 6. The walk to Downtown Gatlinburg is easy, but be prepared for an uphill climb on the way back. There is a trolley stop in front of the complex which would alleviate walking. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our stay and will look to use Heartland rentals again.
