Azul Cantina COMING SOON
Azul Cantina will be located at The Mountain Mile in Pigeon Forge and will feature a rooftop bar. This will be the first-ever rooftop bar in Pigeon Forge. Azul will offer traditional Tex-Mex and practice wood-fire grilling and will practice traditional Mexican cooking styles.
Chicken Guy
Guy Fieri has opened up his iconic Chicken Guy in Gatlinburg. This is a fast food-style restaurant that features all-natural fresh chicken. Menu items such as chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches can be found here with an array of sauce options available.
Blaze Pizza – COMING SOON
Blaze Pizza is coming soon and has designated Pigeon Forge for its newest home. The Blaze Pizza concept is a unique one in which the customer walks down the line (similar to chipotle or subway) and customizes your pizza with toppings then as you reach the end of the line your pizza goes into an oven where it is fast-fired. They are known for their crazy-fast speed and exceptional quality. The executive chef is even known as “The Pizza Whisperer”.
Downtown Flavortown – COMING SOON
We guess Guy Fieri liked the Smokies so much he decided to add another restaurant. Guy has staked his claim at The Mountain Mile in Pigeon Forge where he will open his food and entertainment concept, Downtown Flavortown. This won’t be just any restaurant- this will be a 43,000 square foot entertainment center with a 14 lane bowling alley, tiki bar, arcade games, and all of Guy’s delicious foods.
Tamale Express and Chofi’s Munchies
Tamale Express is a Tijuana-style birrieria restaurant where they specialize in birria, tamales, and Mexican street foods. They are undergoing a menu refresh at the moment- past menu items advertised are birria ramen in addition to the tacos and tamales. Chofi’s features wild Mexican street-style desserts and other munchies.
