The cabin was nice and small and cozy for our anniversary weekend getaway! Super easy to get to without the crazy mountain driving but was very private with its location! The hot tub had been upgraded compared to the pictures and it did not disappoint! The jets and lights we extemely nice and make for a nice relaxing night after a full day out walking and enjoying Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Bed was very comfortable and got some great sleep! Will likely return to this cabin!

I loved this cabin. It was so perfect for me & my boyfriends weekend getaway. It’s perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very clean. The only thing I would maybe invest in or include in the cabin is WiFi. Only because some people don’t have unlimited data on their phones to be on social media at night laying in bed, and being able to use a roku stick to stream Netflix while laying in bed. The cable didn’t have very good movies or shows to watch, so that’s my only suggestion! Everything was in perfect shape and was everything we could ask for!

We have stayed at Heartland Cabin Rentals at least 8 times and they're just great! And this particular cabin, Precious Moments, this is at least the 2nd, maybe 3rd time we've stayed. The location, in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, is perfect. It is quiet, secluded, well maintained and has all the amenities you need for a great stay. It does not have wi-fi, but I think that is plus because it gave my wife and me chance to unplug from everything and everybody. Highly recommend Heartland Cabin Rentals as well as this particular cabin. If you and your spouse need a quiet place to reconnect stay here.

We loved the cabin and the quiet location! The cabin is small but very adequate for two people. Our interaction with heartland was very pleasant. If you would like a quiet location with easy access to everything, we would recommend giving it a try. Perfect couples cabin!

The cabin is perfect for a couple looking to get away. It’s secluded, but close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. However, my suggestions would be to add extra towels and pillows, and it’s definitely overdue for a new mattress. While there is a washer and dryer, a couple will go through 2 towels pretty quickly between the shower and utilizing the hot tub. (More so an inconvenience to have to do laundry everyday when you’re on vacation than a complaint) the 2 pillows and the bed were not comfortable, and we ended up having to buy extra pillows on our trip to help us sleep better. Overall, we would recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a cabin! From booking to checkout was a smooth process.

I couldn’t have imagined a more cozy & private cabin!

This was our first time renting a cabin together and we couldn’t have asked for more! Precious Moments was in a private area but was also a quick drive from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was so cozy & clean and we had such a great time! It was awesome having both the jacuzzi tub and the hot tub to enjoy as well as having a TV upstairs & downstairs. This particular cabin (Precious Moments)is the perfect cabin for two! Its away from the other cabins and the entire back of the cabin is private. So if your honeymooning, rekindling the relationship, or just need a get away, Precious Moments is the one to reserve!

Celebrating our 30th year anniversary, our stay was restful, peaceful, and exactly what we had hoped it would be.

Our stay in the Precious Moments cabin was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We came down for the weekend to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and hated to leave. The cabin was very well cleaned and decorated nice. The bed slept well and the shower spray was just the right pressure. Not too many requests, only that the television remote wouldn't work well due to low batteries and it would be nice to have a wine bottle opener. We had purchased several bottles and it would have been nice to have been able to open.

We will definitely rent through Heartland Rental again, possibly a different cabin with more of a yard to watch for wildlife. Thank you for a great time.

We had the best time! From start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The cabin was clean and private! It was perfect for us. The only thing we noticed that possibly be improved on is the cabin is quite dark. And there isn’t much space to unpack anything. A shelf as a pantry and a bigger dresser would be helpful. We loved the cabin and the Heartland employees were amazing.

We came to the cabin to relax and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The cabin was in a great area, well maintained and very clean when we arrived. The Heartland staff was very nice and responsive to any of our requests. It was located far enough away from "town" but not too far. It was secluded from other cabins in the area and very private, great for a couples getaway.

The washing machine wasn't working correctly, I contacted Heartland and they sent someone immediately. The gentleman that arrived was courteous, fast, and accurate at diagnosis and repair. He is easily the fastest appliance repairman that we have ever seen. Amazing customer service!

Heartland is the best!

Very nice get away.

Very clean cabin for two. The only issue experienced was the washing machine takes about one hour to fill the tub on the rinse cycle or cold cycle. The cold water comes out extremely slow making washing a load of towels and/or clothes a lenghthy ordeal. Fix the washing machine and you will be back to 100% on everything. Awesome place located close to all attractions and restaurants.

Thanks to the staff that will mail a necklace to me that was left behind when departing the cabin. Staff taking the time to assist a return customer after departing says a lot about Heartland rentals and the cabin owner. I should receive the necklace this week, “Thank you”, for taking the time to mail the necklace back to me after our wonderful stay. We will be utilizing Heartland Rentals in the future. Didn’t use the Gateway to Fun Pass due to some attractions being closed during this time of year. Awesome offer during peak times of the year in November and December.

Very nice cabin with two fireplaces that made our Christmas vacation cozy. A little Christmas decor would’ve added to the stay this time of year. Located in a great location with great scenery off the back porch. Only recommendation offered to the owners would be a alarm system addition that makes renters more comfortable while asleep and while out of the cabin returning after dark. GREAT CABIN FOR TWO ????. Our cabin was everything we were looking for. The hot tub and fireplaces were awesome. It’s totally private but still super close to everything to do. We loved the gateway to fun pass and used ours to do Anakeesta. Such an awesome experience made more affordable with this perk. WiFi would definitely be an improvement since there’s no cell service. We also had the dishwasher ready to run in the morning of checkout before we read the book that everything needed to be be washed and put away before leaving. That was kind of annoying to end up hand washing and drying last minute but our own faults for not checking the book sooner. All in all, we were super happy with the cabin and I will definitely use Heartland again if we visit the area.

The cabin is situated in a beautiful quiet spot. Although there is a nearby road, there is very little traffic. We found the cabin to be neat and clean and were pleased to be notified that we could check in early. Everything worked perfectly. My husband would like to suggest that coffee, cream, sugar, etc. for 2 servings be provided as they do in hotels. The next day folks could buy their own.

Perfect Getaway

Loved this cabin. It was very cozy and had a homey feel to it. My boyfriend and I felt at ease here. We needed this getaway to release the stress of city life in Miami. The cabin was perfectly located right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I have no complaints about this cabin or the staff that run it, who are really sweet. An amazing getaway for two!

My Girlfriend and I spent the weekend at the Precious Moments cabin. It was the perfect cabin for a couple seeking a romantic retreat. The cabin was located in the Gnatty Branch Village property and shared no immediate neighbors in any direction. It was the perfect, private cabin for two.

Fantastic cabin, service & amenities

The cabin was absolutely perfect! Great size for just me and my husband. It was clean and stocked, including kitchen utensils and coffee maker! I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the screened in lower deck and the hot tub each night! We could faintly hear people talking but couldn’t see another cabin at all. I loved that our views were into the woods, so I could be entertained by the squirrels and chipmunks. So close to everything in Pigeon Forge and we drove to Cade’s Cove and saw bears. Wonderful vacation...we will definitely be back to stay at a Heartland cabin...maybe even the Precious Moments again.

Beautiful cozy private cabin

We loved everything about our stay very comfy and cozy. The bed slept well, the couch and blanket were so nice in front of the fire! We loved the Jacuzzi! We cooked alot and there wasn't everything we needed for kitchen utensils and we had to buy spices salt and pepper. But over all wonderful stay!

This cabin was perfect! Close to all the attractions and shopping but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. It was fully equipped for the days we wanted to stay in and the hot tub was perfect after long days of walking on the strip

If you are looking for a secluded getaway, this place is wonderful! Clean, cozy, we'll stocked, and just right size for couples. With two decks that make you feel as if you are in a tree house. The only suggestion I would make is to add a step up to the Jacuzzi as it is a stretch.

The staff at Heartland Rentals are always helpful, overall wonderful customer service. This cabin was an absolutely perfect get away, just my husband and I. Perfectly located so that you can quickly and easily get to town while the cabin itself was in a very private area. This was our 4th time staying with Heartland Rentals, we wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Amazingly unexpected!

Loved staying here, the screened in back porch was heavenly! We got the pleasure of seeing a mama bear and 4 Cubs right at our cabin!!! It was a tad scary but overwhelming awesome!! Love staying at Heartland Cabins, 3rd year we've done so. Definitely great customer service and Cabins are always great to stay in!

Amazing

We totally enjoyed our stay in the cabin. Totally comfortable and we had everything we needed. So clean and comfortable. We hiked about 12 miles a day in the mountains so having the hot tub for the sore muscles each night was wonderful. We will be back. We needed this week of relaxation and it was perfect.

Staff is always friendly on the phone as well as in person. Cabins are always in fantastic shape. Everything is as promised. I called to check availability on a recent stay with no notice, and they had a cabin that was well within budget and was ready upon arrival. If you are looking for a great cabin, look no further.

My husband stayed in Precious Moments for our 1 year anniversary, and it was perfect. The location was great, and the cabin was even better. The hot tub was the best feature! The cabin is located directly in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful time for me and my new husband. Very intimate cabin but still plenty of room. The cabin had cabins around it but we couldn't see them! Only surrounded by trees. We loved the privacy. So peaceful.

We had a geat stay. 3 days seams to be the right length for us. We try to visit once a year and have tryed camping to B&B and now this cabin. All have a different vacation feel. The cabin was very cute and private. I only saw 1 car drive on our road. I never saw neighbors. I would highly recommend
