We enjoyed our week at Smokey Trails. It had everything we needed and then some! I have to say it was one of the best game rooms we have had for a rental. Everything worked as it should. We had planned on grilling out but found the grill was a bit dusty (probably not used) so we took advantage of the Wears Valley food truck park that was right down the road! I would recomend this cabin to anyone who likes being on the quiet side of the smokies!

What an amazing experience. We wanted to plan a trip to the Smoky Mountains without the feeling of a hotel for a week so we went with renting from Heartland. We got to our cabin late at night and they had dimmed some lights and had the TV on, making for a cozy inviting entrance. The cabin was immaculate, stocked with all the essentials, and full of fun activities to do to unwind after a long day of hiking. The staff was prompt and helpful, they even called back right after they missed our call to apologize. Kind and courteous, they are amazing. We will definitely be using Heartland again in the future and we will be giving their information to all our friends and family. A week well spent, highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed the property, there are other cabins nearby but we didn't have any issues with noise or not being able to enjoy privacy. All of the local Wears Valley shops and restaurants we checked out were fantastic and so were the people operating them. We will definitely be back in this area.

It's about a 20 min drive to get to Pigeon Forge but it is a nice scenic drive and it allows you to stay away from the crowds if you want.

Exceptional, loved the amenities the cabin came with, the only thing I would recommend is having access to getting rid of our trash and extra darts as the were so easy to break and we threw a lot of darts so this made it difficult. No other complaints

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. There were no steep roads/driveway to access the cabin. Nice view of the pond and mountains. The screened porch was nice for the hot tub and outdoor dining. Due to our short stay, we had limited need of the stove, w/d, etc.

Great Experience!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time here at this cabin. The cabin was really clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Amazing!

We rented the Smokey Trails cabin for our honeymoon, 11/22-11/26. We absolutely LOVED it. The cabin was beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee in the mornings and having a picnic lunch at the table on the porch. We loved the playing pool and foosball in the game room. The Coca-Cola was a really nice touch to it (one of the reasons I chose the cabin). The fireplace was amazing for the cold and windy nights. And the hot tub was just pure amazing! The cabin was semi private as described, but still away from everyone. Beautiful view of the mountains from the porch. We loved listening to the pond with the waterfall, especially at night. Very relaxing. The cabin wasn’t far from Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone! We are looking to come back soon!

Amazing and Perfect in everyway!

Heartland was an amazing experience all around. It was perfect for our Kid less week getaway! Getting the rental set up was very easy. I was able to ask many questions and spoke with a live person each time. The cabin was perfect beyond words! We loved it more than we thought. It was very clean!!! We had so much fun with the game room. The hot tub and the camp fire area was perfect way to end our nights! We enjoyed them each night. the last night my husband cooked steaks for us on the campfire. Everything was perfect!!!! We are already missing the cabin but looking forward to booking again with our children.

My husband and I stayed at Smokey Trails for our honeymoon. The cabin was perfect for the two of us. We had entertainment for the few nights we decided to stay in instead of going to Pigeon Forge. The hot tub was the best part of the cabin. It was nice to soak after spending the day walking. The bed was comfortable which means a lot when sleeping in a different bed. I would recommend this cabin to any couple or solo travelers. I will say the cabin is not kid-friendly due to the sprial staircase and downstairs leading right outside. We do plan on using Heartland Cabins again (but hopefully with our future children, so a different cabin) in a couple of years!

Absolutely Perfect!

Smokey Trails was exactly what my husband and I needed for our first couples getaway in 4 years. The cabin was clean, organized, and when we arrived it felt so welcoming. The hot tub was fantastic, the fire pit was perfect, and the overall setting was nice. Quick drive to Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg too! The little pizza shop down the road was an awesome find for a relaxed night! We will definitely be back!

Christmas relaxation

We came down a little before Christmas to relax and relaxation was what we got. We enjoyed the fireplace and pool table so much. We

had our granddaughter with us and she enjoyed feeding the ducks on the lake and the beautiful colors of the fountain in the evening.The weather cocoperated and we sat out on the porch and rocked.The cabin had EVERYTHING that we needed. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this beautiful cabin and exploring the area. The game room was a great for relaxing with the kids at night. Looking forward to returning back to the area next year.

The only note I would make for future guests with small kids is that the pull out sofa is down stairs in the game room that also has a door leading outside.

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful cabin far enough away from pigeon forge to escape the hustle and bustle but only a 15 minute drive to the main strip. Cabin was very clean! We also enjoyed the free activities. We would really like to make a return trip in the spring, as it was such a wonderful stay!

Loved the cabin and had a wonderful stay! Best cabin we have ever rented. Only complaint and it’s not really a complaint is the shower is really small ( hard to shave your legs). Fishing was great! Loved the animal taxidermy! Added perfect touch to the Cabin!

Perfect Family Vacation!

My husband, 7 year old, 5 year old, and I had a wonderful time during our stay! The cabin was cozy, clean, contained everything we needed, and was in a great location.

Casey also went above and beyond for us from the first night in planning this vacation by contacting the owner to see if we would even be allowed to stay here due to the cabin recently changing from sleeping 4 to only sleeping 2, among taking care of other things. He also told us some helpful information during check in, such as good places to eat close to our cabin. We will definitely be staying Heartland Rentals the next time we visit!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the game room that was downstairs the best. My favorite was the hot tub, very relaxing after being on the go all day. The cabin was in a good location, only a short drive to whatever you want to do. The pool is right around the corner from this cabin as well. Very clean and loved the decor! We have already talked about our next trip to Tennessee.

This place was everything I expected and so much more. It was very peaceful. It was clean. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. Only issue I had was the check out time and the fact we did not get an extra hour to stay since time went up the weekend we stayed there. We actually lost an hour.. We've stayed in this particular cabin twice now and love it. It was well set up and clean. The hot tub is I'm a spot that offers plenty of privacy. The internet and wifi work great if you need to do some business while there. Also some has stations have been added in wears valley which made it even more convenient than last time. Everything was operational, very clean and in good shape. Grocery store was close, area was quiet, view was pleasant, Heartland Rentals employees were thoughtful and knowledgeable. We couldn't have ask for more. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were only 1/2 hour away.

Wonderful Cabin stay in the Mountains

Stayed at Smokey Trails and loved it. We were in the Wears Valley Community and loved being surrounded by farmland and the local people were so nice to us. Great general stores on the way to the cabin. Cabin was beautiful and very relaxing. Loved having the pond right by the property. Had a chipmunk greet us every morning on the side porch. The hot tub was a great way to relax after long days of Dollywood and walking trails. My husband and I had fun playing pool in the game room as well. Heartland rentals were great. Would definitely recommend staying in this cabin or one of their many other cabins. Looking forward to staying again.

Superb!!!!

This was an exceptional stay for my fiancé and I! We enjoyed everything including fishing in the pond, the game room, the hot tub, etc. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated. The ONLY suggestion I have is to possibly invest in another shower head. It was okay, but it took me longer to take a shower. It isn't a big deal, but just something minor that could be easily fixed. I'm still giving this 5 stars because from the staff to the cabin, it was perfect!!!!!

A great little place to stay

The cabin was roomy and cozy. The screened in porch with the hot tub was a great thing to have on the cool nights or just sitting outside. Would rent this one again.

Cabin was very peaceful!

We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon, we couldn't have picked a better cabin. It was very home feeling, relaxing, comfortable and all around great place to stay! The pool table was fun, and the hot tub was an awesome way to relax at the end of the night. The Gateway pass is a nice perk to have, we used it everyday. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We enjoyed ourselves at Smokey Trails... My hubby first vacation... he's already planning a trip next year with our whole family .. which prob need a bigger cabin with a game room... Our 11 hour trip was worth every minute of our honeymoon. Lots of people seeing our pics n Facebook pics they want to stay with heartland n make memories too thanks for allowing us to stay in ur 5 star cabins

Amazing!!

We loved our cabin! The check in staff was so helpful and very nice, the cabin was clean and ready to go for us and location was great!! You only have to bring clothes and a tooth brush, everything else is there waiting for you! Will definitely be returning!!!

Great spot for a cabin!

This is our second time with Heartland Rentals! Another winner! I don't think we'll ever rent from someone else. Renting online is super easy, check in is brief, cabins are always darling! Check out, again super easy! The prices are right. What's not to like! This cabin was in the Wears Valley. We chose it because last time we were up in the mountain. I wanted to actually see the mountain this time! We did. Breathtaking!

Very Cozy Cabin!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your cabin. We found the cabin to be very cozy and relaxing. My wife and our 4 year old twins truly enjoyed our stay there. Loved that we were deep in the woods, yet only 15 minutes away from all the action/restaurants/entertainment.
