We had a great stay awesome cabin plenty of room pool table and games down stairs the only issue we had was it was cold in the basement rooms even with the heat on. loved the hot tub and close to all downtown fun! we would stay again for sure!

We had a great stay at the Southern State of Mind Cabin. It was truly beautiful! There were 7 of us in our party and the cabin was spacious enough to allow us all to spread out and do our own thing. The kids loved the pool table and video game console. We enjoyed the hot tub! I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to provide hangers in the closets. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase some. We left them there for the next guests to use. I also would of liked a box of Kleenex in the property. My allergies really flared up with the Tennessee air and it would of been nice to have a tissue to use instead of toilet paper.

Overall great stay. We loved the pool table, darts, game table. It is very close to everything in pigeon forge which we loved but also very close to many other cabins. No one bothered us at all though. Master bed was probably the least comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Overall no complaints really Beautiful home

The host is great! The cabin was so clean. The cleanest house I’ve stayed in! I’ve stayed in many in my 47 years of traveling. Location is great. Definitely 5 star worthy. You also get nice incentives like returning guests one night free or 10 stays and a free vacation.

This is a beautiful cabin with all the necessities for a comfortable stay for 3 couples or medium sized families. The bed pillows do need to be upgraded since they were so flat they were uncomfortable. Overall it us a great cabin. Y family has stayed here 3 times.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! We were visiting while my grandson participated in a tournament at Cal Ripken fields. We were close to everything! Cabin was great. It was clean had plenty of space for us and things to do. I loved the location it was so close to town. The only downside is at nighttime even with the porch light on its hard to see the steps but its only a couple steps but would be nice to have a light there. This is our second stay with heartland cabin rentals and we will be back, we love the option with the free attractions. Already planning our next trip to the best place anywhere The great smoky mountains!

I’m giving a 5 but there were a few things that could be improved. The cabin was really cute and comfortable. It was clean and ready for our stay. It was a little confusing with check in as that mail comes from outside of Airbnb and supposedly went to my spam that I still could t find. Luckily they called and we were able to figure it out prior to our arrival and got access. Also it would be nice to have 2 bars of soap per bathroom for hand washing and showering. Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice but I know that isn’t always expected.

Great cabin, nicely appointed, perfect location, you can hear the train whistle from Dollywood. Cute little game room with pool table and electronic vintage game console. Comfortable for families, keep in mind parking only for one SUV & small compact car. Pizza parlor/convenience store within walking distance. Management company is very responsive, had a chirping smoke detector and they came within 20 mins at 9:00 at night to fix it, now that's service! We will be back.

We absolutely loved this cabin. Not only was it very clean, it was super convenient to everything, and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Would love to come back and stay again...hopefully soon. We forgot to use the Gateway to Fun Pass, but did go to some of the attractions. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay during their trip.

Amazing customer service and management went above and beyond in accommodating our family.
Hands down the best vacation we have had. Staff and management were more than accommodating to our family and very kind to us. We felt cared for and valued the entire time. Special thanks to management and the man in the office and Ashley, and the housekeeper (not sure who) that came to assist us with our hot tub. My husband and I travel a LOT and we’ve not had such accommodating and quality customer service. Thank you!

I fell in love with this cabin!
I rented this cabin for my boyfriends birthday and as soon as walked in the cabin we fell in love with the decor and the whole presentation of the Cabin! We loved the pool table and hot tub and also loved how we were so conveniently located near all shops, restaurants and entertainment! We will definitely be back and already planning our next weekend trip! I don’t want to book with anyone else except Heartland Cabin Rentals!

We loved our cabin
Our cabin was so Beautiful! and clean. We never wanted to leave. It was very spacious as well. We enjoyed the pool. The area is so well kept. The pizza restaurant down the hill was very good. We liked having the store so close. It was conveniently located. Just perfect! My kids loved the pool table. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept well. Loved having the wet bar downstairs and having coffee in the morning on the back porch. Thank you!

This was a cabin like subdivision area so if you are wanting something more private and off beaten path this is not the place.

Great price, flexibility and location
You can't beat the price of staying in this cabin vs. multiple hotel rooms when traveling with extended family. Check-in and out was easy. The place was clean, full of supplies for the week and in a great location to get to every thing we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and within (steep) walking distance of a trolley stop. It was nice to have a private hot tub to come back to after a long day.

A perfect location in a great cabin
From day one of booking our cabin Heartland team members have been friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The agent we talked to when booking the event was able to answer all of questions and gave us great recommendations on cabins that would better suit our needs.
Upon arrival our check in was smooth and the cabin was extremely clean.
We did have issues with our dryer, but with one call it was fixed. It was appreciated that the Heartland Rentals team kept us informed on the repairs and even delivered additional towels in case we needed them when the dryer was not working.
We would highly recommend using Heartland!

Great week!
Myself and 4 teenage girls stayed here for a week and it was great! The cabin was nice, clean, and very cozy. We loved having the 3 king rooms. The girls really enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Also, the location was awesome!! We were just a few minutes in any direction from all the attractions and parkway. Trolley stop is just a few steps away as well. My only suggestion would be to add more kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, cooking utensils. But we made it work. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!! Heartland Cabin Rentals is a great place to rent through.

Great getaway
The check in was quick and easy. The staff were polite and very helpful. The cabin was beautiful, beds were comfortable, the layout made it easy to either spend time together and allowed for privacy as well. It was a great time for everyone and we are very likely to do this again in the future.
