This cabin was perfect for our vacation. The layout was great for two couples to spend time together in the common areas and plenty of room to be by ourselves. The views were great. The road to cabin was easy to drive. Will recommend this cabin to others.

We absolutely loved Sweet Dreams cabin! It was beautifully decorated and the floor plan was perfect for us. We did get lost on the way and went to wrong cabin, but when we contacted the rental office they sent someone to help us find our way. The cabin is secluded and the road is a bit winding and narrow. I would use caution in bad weather, such as heavy rain, snow, etc. Otherwise, we will definitely ask for this cabin on our next visit to the area.

Heartland does an amazing job managing, communication availability top notch, but the cleaning crew takes the trophy! You won’t need to bring your Clorox and dust rag here.

We loved our stay with Heartland Rentals in the Sweet Dreams cabin. The property was a few miles out of town but very convenient. The cabin is extremely nice & clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the Xplorie option provided with our reservation & appreciated it being available. I’ve been coming to the area over 30 years & Heartland is the most attentive rental company I’ve ever worked with. They checked in on us before we arrived & after check-in. I appreciated the extra attention given to us as guests. I was also appreciative of them taking the extra steps at booking in confirming our identity with the payment to assure the cardholder was safe and protected from identity fraud. I will definitely rent from Heartland Rentals again.

It was very beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean! The staff at Heartland was awesome as well. We were 10 minutes after closing time getting to the office and the lady called us to find out what time we would be there and stayed until we arrived, even on a Friday! Also, we had to make several phone calls during the planning of our trip and we were always able to talk with a person at Heartland, all of which were most helpful! Book at trip to Sweet Dreams! Great cabin! Beautiful inside, very traditional cabin interior. Much larger than it appears. The view was beautiful! Beds were comfy. The only thing this cabin lacked was rocking chairs on the deck. This trip was one to just get away and regroup. Dealing with the loss of my dad and with the anniversaries of my daughter and moms death this trip was a much needed distraction. For once since Feb. I was able to breathe and did not feel that heaviness on my chest. This cabin was wonderful and sitting out on the deck watching the sun rise and set was even better. I will definitely be back and will be renting this cabin again. The cabin was clean and suited all of our needs. This cabin is kind of off the beaten path but not that far from everything. You was able to enjoy the peacefulness that the mountains offer without listening to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was also a pleasure to work with and when I had a question about anything they were quick to answer it. Great job Heartland I will definitely be coming back to Sweet Dreams.

The cabin was well stocked and when I called the first day about dish towels they immediately brought us some! Great customer service the Best of any place we’ve stayed!! My family of 5 wanted a get away after the last couple of years of not taking a vacation. We searched many properties and decided on Sweet Dreams. We were not disappointed!

The veiws were amazing! The property is well maintained. Everything was clean, quiet, and ready for our 5 day stay. The half bath was a surprise, but a very good one. My husband is nearly 7 feet tall and had plenty of room to walk without needing to duck constantly.

We were surprised at how clean the cabin was on arrival. We have had other vacations in different places and they were not as tidy.

We enjoyed our stay and would happily choose this cabin on our next trip down!

Cozy Cabin!!

This cabin went above and beyond our expectations. We had a great time playing pool upstairs and the view from the deck was incredible. The chimney was lovely and definitely made the cabin even cozier. It doesn't have Wi-Fi but we didn't even notice during our stay. My husband and I would stay at sweet dreams again!

The cabin was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, everything was spotlessly clean. The location was secluded by not far for restaurants and shopping. The only negative things I have to say is the hottub would turn off and on and with the location of the bedroom, it would keep you up at night. I wished there was a grill and with more chairs on the deck (like rocking chairs). But even with these minor things we had a wonderful stay. I would truly recommend this cabin to anyone and will be staying again at this beautiful cabin.

Home away from home!

This is our second year at Sweet Dreams. As soon as we left last year, we knew we were coming back this year. The cabin feels like home. Everything is perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub and the views from the deck. We spent our days in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and came back to the cabin to relax in the hot tub. We'll be back!

Peaceful and beautiful cabin, and location to spend our family vacation.

We looked at various other cabins and rental places for a few months, and finally made our decision on Heartland Cabins, and actually "Sweet Dreams" was our second choice, as we waited a little too long to book our original first choice, but "Sweet Dreams" more than met our expectation. The staff from online chats to actual phone contact made the process easy, and reassured us that we were going to have a wonderful experience (Casey, Renee, Tina, etc) all were pleasant and helpful. We use the "Getaway to Fun Pass" for several venues, and did find a few other deals that were not part of the package, so were able to do a few things each day, plus have quality time to hang at the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and majestic view from the deck. Oddly enough, we did not see any bears, but also did not leave out any trash that may have been of interest to the friendly critters. We hope to get back to Gaitlinburg in the future, and definitely would use Heartland Cabins again. Thanks for making our vacation a good one. Blessings - The Fosters from PA

Excellent! Staff was great, we arrived early and the staff called to let us know the cabin was ready! Also, we had an experience that needed emergency personnel and staff reached out for us and followed back up! Most excellent cabin!

Sweet Dreams is an excellent cabin. Well equipped, roomy but still felt very cozy. Location is great. Access is very good. The view off the deck looks directly at the Smoky Mts. The only upgrade I could think of would be better shower heads to take advantage of the very good water pressure.

We stayed in this cabin several years ago, and it is just as nice now as it was then. It is very easy to get to. I especially enjoyed taking pictures of the snow covered mountains to the south on April 17, 2018. The person who checked us in [and out] was nice as can be. Best Gatlinburg vacation ever

We were very happy with the cabin Sweet Dreams. The cabin had everything that we needed, linens and cookware, etc. My granddaughter especially liked the pool table. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub as it was a little to cool and rainy on our weekend stay. Loved the privacy!

First off check in was a breeze. Our cabin was very clean and also decorated for the holidays. The view was amazing and there were to cabins close by but far enough to have your own privacy. It was EVERY THING we wanted and more!

We have stayed in several cabins in the Gatlinburg area but Sweet Dreams was by far the nicest! The cabin was very clean and the view was just awesome! We had a hard time leaving the cabin to go out we liked it so much. It's peaceful and private. It's right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only a 10 minute ride to either place. We will definitely go back to Sweet Dreams! Also the representatives at Heartland Rentals couldn't have been any nicer. Super easy to book. Thank you all for helping us with our short getaway!

We stayed for 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was perfect (even things you can't control like weather). After dozens of trips to the area, Sweet Dreams is my wife's new favorite cabin. Everyone enjoyed the smooth, paved roads up to the cabin (only last 50 yards are gravel). It's quiet. It's private. You have a wonderful view of Mt. LeConte from this mountaintop location. The staff at Heartland were friendly and helpful. We will be back.

A peaceful reprieve

Aside from a brief venture into the city, we spent almost our entire weekend at "Sweet Dreams." Four of us went, 2 couples, and it was the perfect amount of space. Our primary concern was getting a cabin high in the mountains with a good view, as some of the pictures are inconclusive, and we lucked out with this one. High up, amazing view, fireplace and plenty of space, right next to all the ceramics shops... We'll definitely be returning.

This cabin has a great open floor plan with large kitchen with island, dining area, living area, and great size bedrooms and bathrooms.

Only negative was the pillows were not too comfortable. One suggestion also is maybe a different chair in living area and move rocker where tree is in the corner. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Heartland staff was great and helpful! We had to call about heating and cooling issue and problem was resolve quickly!

The view was amazing!!

Just returned from a three-day trip to Gatlinburg for my niece's wedding. Our cabin was beautiful and the view was spectacular! The hot tub is in the perfect spot and the windows in the cabin are placed for the most amazing views of the mountains. It is so close to town, but far enough out where you feel as though you are in the Smokey Mountains. I would recommend to all my friends and definitely stay there again!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our vaction, wedding and honeymoon all in one! I had my family visiting from Pennsylvania and they were so excited to get to enjoy the view and to explore the great Smokey mountains. One of the best touches I loved (besides the view and obvious things)was the wipes dark cloths for make up, the big fuzzy blankets, and the fact we over packed! Heartland Rentals and particularly Holly were excellent to work with this year. We've been here several times and it's our favorite place to stay. The water pressure is sometimes little weak in the upstairs shower, thus the four out of five stars, but other than that, it's a well kept cabin with a great location. Amazing!

The cabin is better in real life than in the pictures. VERY clean, very neat and has all amenities you need. It is kind of isolated higher up, but the area is very safe and the views were spectacular. Exactly 10 minutes away from Food City which has everything you might need. All in all it was a very good experience and it was a really clean cabin.

This cabin is well located to the Gatlinburg strip, the park, and we especially like that it was only 10 minutes from the grocery store.
