We absolutely loved staying here. The cabin was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We enjoyed the fireplaces and the hottub was very nice and worked great. Even though it was just the two of us it’s definitely big enough for several people with the extra bedroom and living room furnishings. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to make meals properly. There are several cabins around you but not once during our stay was it noticeable. It was very private, this place will always hold a special place in my heart as I got engaged here on Christmas morning. Would definitely stay here again

The property was excellent. Awesome location for what we needed. Ten minutes after we arrived we had a black bear walk past our door. It was very clean, nicely arranged. The only concern we had was the lower level bedrooms tv was synched with the living room tv. To change channels u had to go in the living area to change channels in the bedroom. No biggie. Over all it was an awesome accomadation. Thank you for the experience, will definitely stay again.

Great mountain-style cabin with all the amenities. Perfectly appointed decor. Clean, clean, clean. Beautiful view. Easy access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but still in a peaceful, quiet setting. Heartland's staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend booking through them again.

This is the second time staying at Top of the World cabin. It was pet friendly before but now it's not, no pets allowed. That my reason for a 4 stars, not 5 stars.

Since last time, cabin has been updated, lots of remodeling with new appliances, counter tops, & floors refinished. Bathrooms also updated.

This cabin was comfortable before, now it's so comfortable, we didn't want to leave.

Top of the World is in a great location. The area is quite and easy to access. The cabin is great!!! However, I would recommend a table & chairs for the back porch….and maybe a step sign for the jacuzzi step because it only goes around half of the tub and if you’re not paying attn could pose a fall risk..I fell!! Lol Would definitely revisit this cabin!!! As always, Heartland Rentals did not disappoint!

Great location with views from every room! Cabin is a bit worn out and kitchen could be better stocked, but we plan on returning anyway. Beware, that you will need good traction in order to reach the cabin in icy conditions!

The cabin was easily accessed. It was very clean. I would only change 3 things: 1) a small table in between the rocking chairs on the porch to hold drinks and things while enjoying the area 2) a few tree limbs trimmed to better enjoy the view 3) a few essential spices left like salt and pepper. Otherwise the amenities were lovely and the cabin was great for our stay.

We have stayed at this cabin many times. It feels like our home away from home. Obviously, we like it. The cabin is located in a quiet setting and is next to the park. I didn’t know, but the cabin is in the Smokey Mountain National Park. It could not be surrounded by a more beautiful location. The house was clean and smelled great. We were gone a lot but it was great to come back and turn on the fireplaces and hop in the hot tub. I have to say this, I have been to many rental houses and these had the best beds I have ever slept in. Like being on a cloud! We were so pleased with the home and the central location to everything we wanted to do. 💝

We have stayed at this cabin 5 times. We like it for several reasons. It is always clean! It has a beautiful view! You can walk straight into the cabin with no steps. This is good for people with mobility issues. There is a bedroom downstairs if you have problems with stairs. If you can do the stairs, there is a beautiful master suite with all amenities. We love the fireplaces (two of them). It is pet friendly for small animals (I can bring my baby). I recommend this cabin and the staff at Heartland are always very helpful!

The location of the cabin was perfect and we loved the fireplaces and the large tub upstairs.

There are a couple of things to help improve the cabin: 1. The WiFi password in the welcome binder is not correct. We had to look on the router for the correct password. 2. The WiFi was not reliable. We ended up just turning off WiFi on our devices and using cellular data because the WiFi was too slow and often wouldn’t get a connection. 3. The fridge would sometimes drip water from the back of the temperature control unit. It wasn’t enough water to be super concerned about it, but it was dripping enough to be noticeable. 4. The drain plug for the sink in the upstairs was broken, preventing the sink from draining properly. 5. We tried to use the toaster a couple of times and it didn’t work very well. It’s too hot on one side and not hot enough on the other.

But overall, we loved staying at your cabin and we had a great time.

The Cabin was good and clean. It had a view of the mountains but will be better in Fall, winter and spring. Just a few trees blocking some of the view. Everything worked in the cabin.

The Wifi/internet was spotty at best but goal was to get away. The bed was better than some of the other cabins we have stayed at. We like the Gnatty Branch village cabins because of the location. The Cabin was showing a little wear on some items but everything doesn't have to new for us. The couch was made to just lay down and relax in after a day in the Park. All in All, I would stay there again.

Valentine weekend

We came to the mountains to get away. Top of the World was a nice, quiet,quaint little chalet! Enjoyed our stay,hot tub, jacuzzi. Wifi/internet was spotty at best but goal was to get away, unplug for weekend so didn't matter much.

Had everything to cook our valentine dinner ( grilled steaks). Bear Cub even came by they smelled so good. Will definitely come back!

Very clean! WI-FI very slow was only complaint. Bed was the best bed on a vacation in 30 plus years! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Everything was in good working order. Perfect for 3-4 people. Listed as sleeps 6 is a stretch. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

The name of this fabulous cabin, Top Of The world says it all! The hot tub was very nice addition with the beautiful view included on a long screened in back porch with four nice rocking chairs to rock away your blues. We loved the very large master bedroom upstairs with a Jacuzzi and the big bathroom with a separate tub & shower included, not to mention another bedroom downstairs with another big bathroom included. A very nice living room with combination dining space. A nice kitchen area with plenty of space to cook your meals with all the essentials needed. You cannot go wrong with this very nice cabin to share with friends or just right for a couple like us, to have a his & hers bathroom. WE will definitively go back and enjoy it all again.

This cabin was in a great location to jump on the Spur and head out to all areas, the Smokies, Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed our stay, it was just the right size for two couples! This was a great place to stay. It was very homey with enough space for 4 adults and a pull out couch. The cabin was in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so we could easily go to either place, which has plenty of great stuff to do. The only complaint I have regarding this stay was that the porch didn’t have a table and that there wasn’t adequate cooking supplies for a lot of cooking.

We thought our cabin during our stay in the spring was amazing. This cabin far exceeded our expectations. I usually stay with a different rental company, but from now on I will not stay anywhere BUT Heartland Rentals. Top of the World is located in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to and the mountain view was BEAUTIFUL! The cabin was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The office staff was very kind and helpful checking in and out. We hated to have to leave!!

Gorgeous cabin in a convenient location!

The cabin was reasonably priced, very nicely decorated and neat and clean. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and the hot tub was a nice plus. Conveniently located just between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and within 15-20 min of Dollywood or Gatlinburg.

Very much enjoyed working with Heartland Cabin Rentals - responsive and helpful with any questions. Even when I left my shoes behind and needed them shipped to me. The cabin was great - spacious and well equipped for our needs. The internet didn't work so great due to the storms, so at first we were disappointed with that but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise - we really unplugged during our stay.

Great stay!

We had an awesome stay at the "Top Of The World" Cabin. We had 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 small dog and had plenty of space to be comfortable! This cabin is in a fabulous location right off the parkway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The main bedroom upstairs is huge! King, comfy, bed with lots of extra space and a jacuzzi tub, if you like that sort of thing. The second bedroom downstairs was a good size with plenty of room as well.

We had a great stay and would def consider again in the future.

Perfect cabin to relax and enjoy the veiw

Cabin was spotless, brand new set of pots and pans. The view is beautiful. Even though you have neighbors you would never know it. The staff at heartland was very professional. When the storm knocked out the power I called the office just to let them know, and she gave me the number for the power outage hotline, which allowed me to get real time reports from the power company. I really appreciated her doing that for me. I will definitely be back next year, same cabin I hope.

Amazing Stay!

This was our first trip to somewhere other than a beach and it was absolutely perfect! We loved our cabin and the perk of having a free admission to Ripley's Aquarium! We can't wait to return!
